Get a good night’s sleep beforehand, at least 8 hours if possible, to avoid tired eyes. Drink water in the days leading up to your session to keep your skin looking its best, and skip sunscreen on the day of your shoot.  Most of all, remember a headshot is about showcasing your confidence and personality, we’ll guide you through the rest.
