BOOKING AND LOCATION
How do I book a session?

Book online in under two minutes, no consultation call or quote form required for individual sessions. Corporate and event bookings can be requested with a quote form for exact pricing based on group size and location.

Our studio is located in Carlsbad, CA. We also shoot on-location across San Diego County, including Encinitas, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Oceanside, and travel nationwide for corporate team and event bookings.
Both. Most individual sessions happen at our Carlsbad studio. Team, event, and branding sessions are frequently shot on-location, at your office, workspace, or event venue.
Pricing and Payment
How much do headshots cost?

Individual express headshot sessions start at $149. Full details are on the pricing page.

All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. Corporate team sessions are prepaid as well, unless other terms are discussed and agreed on in advance.
You’re welcome to reschedule your session once at no charge, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your session, or need to reschedule a second time, a $95 rescheduling fee applies. All session fees are non-refundable.
Yes. Additional retouched digital images can be added to any session for $95/image.
Team sessions within Southern California include an on-location setup fee. For sessions outside Southern California, we offer flat pricing that includes all travel costs, so there are no surprise fees added afterward.
Session Prep
How long does a session take?
Express sessions run 10 to 15 minutes, ideal if you just need to update your LinkedIn photo. A regular in-studio session with outfit changes typically runs 1 to 2 hours, though it varies from client to client depending on how many looks you want to capture.
Solid colors and neutral or jewel tones photograph best. Avoid stark white, busy patterns, and large logos.
No. Our retouching is natural and minimal, correcting lighting and temporary blemishes without reshaping your face or body. Teeth whitening is available on request. We still want you to look like you, just the best version of you.
Corporate & Events
Do you offer corporate or team sessions?

Yes. We bring a full studio setup on-site to your office anywhere in San Diego County and nationwide, with volume pricing per person and ongoing new-hire sessions available to keep your team’s headshots consistent over time. See corporate headshots for teams for details.

Yes. We provide professional headshot booths for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events in San Diego, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, with nationwide availabilit. See the headshot booth page for pricing and details.

Yes. We offer ongoing new-hire sessions that match your original lighting and background setup, so a headshot added months later still fits seamlessly with the rest of your team.
Delivery & Editing
How fast will I receive my photos?
Standard delivery is within 5 business days for most individual sessions. 24-hour express delivery is available for an additional fee. Branding sessions deliver within 7 business days.
Individual and team sessions are delivered digitally by email or download link. Event booth photos are delivered instantly through a private online gallery.
