Whether you’re in marketing, running the office, or the owner handling it yourself, we make corporate headshots the one thing on your list you don’t have to double-check. We’ve shot law firms, medical practices, financial teams, and real estate agencies out of our Carlsbad studio, traveling across San Diego, LA, Phoenix, Vegas, and nationwide. Pricing runs per person and drops as your group grows, plus a setup fee in Southern California or a flat, travel-inclusive rate beyond it. Every session includes guided posing, on-site image selection, and one retouched image per person

How much do headshots cost?
Individual sessions start at $149, including guided posing, in-studio image selection, and one retouched digital image.
All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. Corporate team sessions are prepaid as well, unless other terms are discussed and agreed on in advance.
You’re welcome to reschedule your session once at no charge, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your session, or need to reschedule a second time, a $95 rescheduling fee applies. All session fees are non-refundable.
Team sessions within Southern California include an on-location setup fee. For sessions outside Southern California, we offer flat rate pricing that includes all travel costs, so there are no surprise fees added afterward.
Yes. Additional retouched digital images can be added to any session for $95. Special volume pricing for corporate team headshots available.
