We kick things off by crafting a customized experience just for your brand. Every attendee receives access to a personalized photo gallery, fully customized with your logo and messaging. Our branded registration form can also be adjusted to collect the exact data you need.

STEP 2: Capturing Professional Headshots
We bring the full studio setup to your event—including optional branded signage. Our team gathers participant info and delivers expert lighting, posing, and expression coaching to ensure every attendee walks away with a stunning headshot.

STEP 3: Fast, Seamless Delivery
No waiting around. As soon as their session ends, attendees receive their images instantly by email. Each gallery is private and designed with your company’s branding and call-to-action to keep the experience aligned with your goals.

STEP 4: Turning Moments Into Metrics
At the end of each day, you’ll receive a complete list of participants and the data collected during registration. We take care of the delivery and hosting, so there’s nothing left on your plate—just a ready-to-use lead list and continued image access for your audience.

How many people can your headshot booth accommodate per hour?

Our headshot booth is designed for efficiency without sacrificing quality. On average, we can photograph 20 to 30 people per hour per station. If you’re expecting a larger crowd or want to minimize wait times, we can set up additional stations to keep things moving smoothly.

Yes! We offer full branding options for your headshot booth experience—including custom signage, branded registration forms, and personalized image galleries with your logo, messaging, and call-to-action. It’s a seamless way to keep your brand front and center throughout the entire experience.

We offer both options! Attendees can schedule a time slot in advance to avoid waiting, or they can simply walk up for a session during the event. We’ll work with you to choose the best setup based on your event flow and goals

Each attendee will receive a link to their private image gallery immediately after their session—delivered straight to their email within seconds. It’s fast, seamless, and personalized with your branding.

Each session takes approximately 2 to 5 minutes per person. We keep it quick and efficient while still providing expert guidance on posing and expression to ensure everyone walks away with a polished, professional headshot.

We typically recommend a minimum space of 10′ x 10′ for the headshot booth, along with access to power and internet. While a 10′ x 20′ space offers the most flexibility—especially if you’re including extras like signage, seating, or hair and makeup—we’ve successfully set up in a variety of layouts and tighter areas. We’re happy to adapt the setup based on your venue’s available space.
